Nasib baik la rambut aku ni tebal. Kalau tak dah lama botak! Oh, I finally got my house key. Yippie! Yippie? Bah.. I was broke. Hell broke. Elok aje nak dpt kunci, I have to pay misc fees for RM3K++. Mengelabah. Sib baik la ade simpan. Tu pon kire dah lari bajet la. Igt nak save for renovation. Now, after recalculating the cost, hampas, tak cukup! I thot it was just me. But a friend told me, her friend needed 20K min to renovate the whole house. Shite! But dats inclusive of legal fees bla, bla, bla. Well, I spent almost 8K pon for legal fees. Sket2 baya skali RM8K! Tak masuk lagi segala barang2 yg aku da beli. I calculated and it reached RM10K. Bagus..bagus! *arghhhhhh* Tu sib baik da baya. Campo baya smalam sumer skali da RM21K. Abih tu nak renovate ni mane nak carik duit? Arghhhhh.. Kalau la lari satu umah ni dpt RM1k, sanggup aku lari. 20 round pon. Sanggup! *sigh* At first I thot I can mengelat. Tolak sket2 cost, especially security part. Yes, I am freaked when it comes to security. b4 I bought the house, the salesperson told me that, that house is middle unit. Mula2, nak la beli corner lot. But, after looking at the drawing, cancelled, bought the current unit. Reason? Corner unit was so damn near to emergency exit. 'Eh bagus la dok kat emergency exit' kata K.Tom. No K.Tom. It's not abt me running away when there's emergency or what not *touchwood*, but I feared somebody might use the exit for evil purposes. Yes, EVIL. How evil is evil? I'm living in condo now. Near emergency exit too. And yes, we encountered few cases, where intruders used emergency exit to ran away, etc. It happened! So, being cautious, I took the middle unit. Kecik sket tak pe. It's just me and my sis. It's abt our security to be honest. Sekali, as I went to checked the unit just now, fcuk, emergency exit was damn near to my unit. I was so furious and told the mgmt, this is not as per wat I have been told/promised! fcuk! Yg paling aku tak gemar, my neighbour was so damn near to me. From door to door ade la 5 meter. Shite. Maybe less. I dunno. Salesperson tu kate the measurement was foyer to foyer. Bodo la! *sigh* Ok. That was not the 'scariest part'. The mgmt lady was trying to unlock the door when she realized they changed the key. Well, I'm fine with it. Bagus jugak dia tuka. Tak la contractor dok masuk tanpa izin dlm umah tu. She then called up this guy, who apperantly is a Bangl@ guy. This guy telah cuba membuka pintu tp tak berjaya. U know what he did? He climbed up the cement blocked and jumped to the kitchen. Opened the door for us from inside and left. Terbeliak bijik mata aku! Fcuk. He was just as tall as me. Dia boleh masuk dlm umah aku thru the kitchen? What the fcuk is dat mean? Shite!!! The mgmt lady saw the 'Fcuk' emotion I gave to the guy, and she immediately switch my attention to the house. 'Wow, he can bloody jumped to my unit' I told her. Senyap jek pompuan tu. 'Akak kena pasang grill. Saya cadangkan 1 contractor ni. Satu umah 1-8 jek' kate pompuan tu. 'RM180 jek?' Tny aku. 'Tak, RM1800 kak', sambil tersengih dia. Ape ko igt klako? *sigh* Few things yg aku tak baper suke, specially the water pressure. Some re-painting job need to be done. Dah korek2 tu tak perlu la nak cat 1 layer jek. Pagar kat verendah tu ade ke dah berkarat. Aku tak duduk lagi dah berkarat. The floor maybe lepas cuci umah br nampak ade calar ke ape. Light tak tested lagi. Will do so later. *bile?* I was suppose to collect the car pass and some other things. Tp punye la ramai. nak kejakan meeting lagi. So, I just went off. Maybe come back next week. So, sape ade RM15K? Sile la bantu. Bantuan anda amat dihargai. Argghhh....... Oppsss.. mlm ni Mu vs pompey. Hopefully MU can win it this time. keep winning and score more goals. Come on MU! *come on, where can I hv RM15K, besides bank n ah long?* |
